More Than Enough
More Than Enough is New Jerusalem Church Mass Choir’s highly anticipated debut album. Spiritually uplifting, musically and vocally sound, More Than Enough is a powerful collection of praise and worship ballads, anthems and intimate songs that offers an array of Gospel genres. Gospel music lovers will appreciate the choir’s fresh and varied musical styles that range from traditional to contemporary and even hip-hop.
All 13 songs were produced and co-written by the Choir’s minister of music Chandra Wise and up and coming musicians James Salone and Marcus Singlton. James has also produced for the world renowned Mississippi Mass Choir, while Chandra has pinned soul stirring songs such as “I Lift My Hands” for Mt. Calvary Church Mass Choir and “More of Thee” for Blackberry Records recording artist Rhonda Chambers. Rhonda, along with vocalists Dathan Thigpen and Callandra Davis-Daniels, is featured on the project.
More Than Enough may be the choir’s debut project, but New Jerusalem Church Mass Choir has been in constant preparation for this moment; having shared the stage with Gospel greats such as Donald Lawrence, Dorinda Clark Cole, Juanita Bynum, Dottie Peoples, Jonathan Nelson, Dwayne Woods, Maurette Brown Clark, Stephen Hurd, Brian Courtney Wilson, and Niyoki. When it comes to being a servant leader, no one understands that role better than the members of New Jerusalem Church Mass Choir. Sunday after Sunday, service after service, this body of worshippers is responsible for leading God’s people into a atmosphere of praise and worship and setting the tone for the impartation of God’s Holy Word. Featuring songs that are sure to touch the hearts of many, More Than Enough gives listeners a glimpse into the private worship of the project’s writers, producers, singers and musicians.
The choir’s powerful worship is anchored by powerful, Bible-based, life-changing teachings. New Jerusalem Church (NJC) is a Jackson, Mississippi ministry that has a heart and vision to reach the world. Emerging from humble beginnings, New Jerusalem Church now exists within three locations throughout the city. Lead by Dwayne K. Pickett, Sr., New Jerusalem serves God and His people with the purpose of ministering to the needs of the whole man in order to secure abundant living for families in the world.
